Replacement header is a four into one unit, no welding a Y-pipe on to it.
Mild steel. Top quality, the best available. This header is the result of years
of fine tuning and actually fits the Jensen Healey. Beware of older headers
or used products- they will give you no end of suffering when trying to
install.
This standard unit is great header (the optional parallel merge header is
no longer available). I've used it on my JH and found installation
much better than previous ones. Highly recommended. Fits all years Jensen
Healey. Federal version Jensen GT with catalytic converter requires
modification, do not use on GT's that require smog check and original
equipment unless you're removing that stuff.
Please note: if you live outside the U.S., we've found that this item can be
shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Global Express (3-5 day) to the U.K. and
Europe for about $145, or about $165 to Australia. The large size and
weight makes this item expensive to ship internationally.
