This is the difficult to find Jensen Healey Windscreen Front Top Header Rail Seal - this is the seal between the convertible top rail and windshield frame.

This seal should be attached with a good quality contact cement. It glues onto the convertible top fabric under the header panel assembly of the soft top frame.
